Client accounts support two-factor authentication, all data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to sensitive records is role-restricted and logged in our internal audit trail.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, and as required by tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
