1. Special Power of Attorney — Use this when a property owner needs to authorize a trusted representative (such as GATED Property Services or a family member) to act on their behalf for renting out a property. It covers signing rent agreements, collecting rent, issuing receipts, handling tenant matters, and appearing before relevant authorities when the owner is unable to do so personally.
2. Lease Agreement — A standard two-year lease template covering rent amount, advance payment, security deposit, annual rent increase, and the full set of lessor and lessee obligations — including maintenance responsibilities, utility payments, notice periods for vacating, and conditions for early termination.
Both documents are blank templates with clearly marked fields (names, CNIC numbers, property details, amounts, and dates) for you to fill in before signing in the presence of witnesses.
